Event Sponsorship

Event Sponsorship - $300

Each event will secure one (1) event sponsor. This sponsor will have their company name and logo listed in all marketing materials associated with the event.

The event marketing will include but will not be limited to: email, public relations, online, membership, and media marketing. It will also include brochures, fliers, and any other media the WSBA secures to promote such event. The sponsor will also be listed on both WSBA websites with web address links. The sponsor will be give an opportunity to speak with attendees about their company, and their company information/samples will be distributed to all that attend the event in our sponsor package. The sponsor will also receive a complimentary booth at the event, for person to person marketing. This sponsor will also secure a prime full page ad in the event program.

Corporate Sponsorship - $150

This sponsor will be listed in event marketing materials with their company name. The event marketing will include, but will not be limited to: email, public relations, and membership marketing. This will also include brochures and fliers. The sponsor will also be listed on both sites with web address links. Their company information/samples will be distributed to all that attend the event in our sponsor package. This sponsor will secure a quarter page advertising in the program. Sponsorship cost: $150

Contributing Sponsorship - $75

This sponsor will be listed on both WSBA sites with web address links. Sponsor will be recognized at the event with a business card program advertisements. Programs will be distributed to all attending the event.

Lunch Sponsorships

Lunch sponsorship is available at all WSBA™  lunches! This has been created as just one more way a WSBA™  member can market to the over 400 WBSA members!

This form of marketing should be a part of a marketing plan, and validates the attendance to any lunch.

 Who should consider lunch sponsorship?

• Those who are not aggressive networkers
• Aggressive networkers that want additional exposure for their business
• Those who can not attend the lunch, but want a presence at the lunch.

There are 3 types of sponsorships to consider for your budget! -

Gold lunch sponsor:
WSBA™  will assist in coordinating a lecture, seminar, or themed event for the WSBA™  members. This event will have lunch available. Sponsor will be marketed in all WSBA™  resources, and will have business category exclusivity. The sponsor will be listed on both WSBA site with company logo and web site links. Sponsorship cost $75 ($50 for Premier members)

Silver lunch sponsor:
This company will be given 10 minutes to tell those attending, about products & services offered by the Sponsor. Sponsor logo and web site links provided on the www.WSBA.biz website. Sponsorship cost: $40 (This sponsorship is available as a benefit, with no charge, to Premier members) 

Bronze lunch sponsor:
Sponsor will be recognized at the lunch with 8 x 10 color table top advertisements. Material may be distributed to those attending. Sponsorship cost: $25 ($15 for Premier members)

Newsletter Ad - Business size ad for quarterly newsletter
